摘要
通过对NHD溶液对煤气中杂质气体的吸收特性和现有工艺条件进行分析,从填料对系统的适应性、传质系数、传质面积、塔内件等方面对塔的扩能进行分析和计算,确定了以规整填料代替目前的散堆填料,把塔的煤气处理能力从18000m3/h提高到43000m3/h的技术改造方案。
Based on the analysis of NFID solvent characteristics in the absorption of gaseous impurities contained in coal gas under a commercial process conditions, the packing adaptability, mass transfer coefficient, mass transfer area, tower internals were discussed and estimated in order to expand the device capacity. The results show that substituting dumped packing with structured packing can expand the treating capacity of coal gas from 18000 m^3/h to 43000 m^3/h.
