摘要
采用严格计算法,模拟研究了液化天然气分离的一个实例,并把现有常规蒸馏工艺改用热耦蒸馏工艺,即petlyuk塔或侧线提馏塔。结果表明,改进的工艺都有比较好的节能效果:petlyuk塔比现有常规蒸馏方案节能21%,侧线提馏塔也可达到节能14.8%。二者都有较好的应用前景。
A case for the separation of liquefied natural gas(LNG) was studied and modified to thermally coupled distillation columns, Petlyuk column and side stripper, from conventional distillation sequence. The simulated results show the modified processes consume much less energy than the existing conventional one. Petlyuk column saves 21% of energy compared to the existing conventional process while side stripper 14.8%, all of which have good application prospect.
