摘要
中国的资源禀赋决定了其煤化工和石油化工将在各自具有比较优势的领域协同发展,长期共存。传统煤化工高能耗、高污染、低效率、低效益的发展模式难以为继,必须认真转变增长方式,走循环经济之路,以科学发展观统领现代煤化工发展的全局。阐述了现代煤化工的基本特征;介绍了煤化工相关领域最新技术进展及产业化现状;分析了自主创新和引进的关系。指出煤化工产业结构调整任重道远,发展能源替代品应有序推进,现代煤化工的发展应坚持一体化、基地化、大型化、现代化。
The feature of resources distribution in China has decided the coordinated development and long-term coexistence of coal-based chemical industry and petrochemical industry in respective dominating field. Due to some disadvantages such as high energy consumption, heavy pollution, low efficiency and poor benefit, the traditional coal-based chemical industry can hardly develop continuously. Therefore, its increasing mode has to be changed in a conscientious way, and the mode of cycling economy is favorable. The scientific development outlook shall dominate the overall development of modern coal-based chemical industry. This paper sets forth some basic characteristics of the modern coal-based chemical industry, presents the state-of-the-art technical development and commercialization situation of some coalbased chemical related fields and analyzes the relationships between independent innovation and import of technologies. It points out that the structure readjustment of coal-based chemical industry is just a long-term and arduous task, the development of energy substitute shall proceed in an orderly way and step by step, and the development of the modern coalbased chemical industry shall adhere to the mode of integrity, base mechanism, large-scale and modernization.
