摘要
为降低硫精矿杂质,通过提高硫品位,在小型闭路和开路试验的基础上,选择了浮选开路流程进行工业试验,结果表明采用旋流器分级-再磨-三次开路精选工艺达到了要求指标,高硫精矿产率22.14%,含硫48.88%、MgO 0.269%、CaO 0.471%、S iO21.054%。针对存在的问题,提出如下建议:稳定给矿浓度、提高抑制效果、完善给药设施、降杂前脱药等。
In order to reduce impurities' content and increase sulfur grade of sulfur concentrate, batch flotation testworks, run both in open-circuit and closed circuit, were carried out, and the open-circuit flowsheet was chosen for commercial test. The results show that with the configuration of hydrocyclone classification-regrinding-thrice open-circuit cleaning flotation, the test target can be achieved; a high-sulfur concentrate with a sulfur yield of 22.14%, sulfur content of 48.88%, magnesia content of 0. 269%, calcium oxide content of 0. 471%, silicon dioxide content of 1. 054% can be prepared. To solve the currently existing problems, measures such as to stabilize feeding pulp concentrates, enhance the effect of depressant, optimize reagent-feeding facilities and remove reagents before impurity reduction, were proposed.
