摘要
对比研究了用石灰、烧碱和氨中和的萃原液对P204萃取钒及铁能力的影响,试验结果说明,经过7级逆流萃取V2O5,3种萃原液的萃取率基本一致,它们分别为93.4%、93.9%和93.7%,铁的萃取率分别为8.1%、11.2%和12.1%,说明钒、铁分离效果基本一致。实验表明,不同碱中和上清液对萃取分离影响不大。
The effects of three neutralization agents such as lime, superalkali and ammonia on V and Fe extraction from a sulfuric acid leached solution of vanadium mine using P204 as the extraction agent were compared. After a 7-stage countercurrent extraction of V2O5, the extraction ratio for these three neutralized solutions are generally identical, while the corresponding V extraction ratio could reach 93.4%, 93.9% and 93.7%, and Fe extraction ratio could reach 8.1%, 11.2% and 12.1% respectively. Therefore, there is no obvious influence on the extraction separation of V and Fe by the different pre-extraction neutralization of sulfuric acid leaching solution of Vanadium mine.
