县级电网短期负荷预测方案研究

Research on Short-term Load Forecasting Scheme of County-level Electric Power Network

通过对东光县用电负荷特点的介绍,分析工业、农业、生活及照明用电的规律和影响负荷变化的主要因素,提出县级局提高负荷预测准确率的几种方法,并在实践中总结出科学预测短期负荷的流程图。

According to introduction of load characteristics of Dongguang county, the load patterns of industry, agriculture, living, luminaries and some main factors influencing load change, some methods to improve load forecasting accuracy rate of county- level power supplybureau are brought out, and the flow chart of short- term load forecasting is summarized during the practice.
