摘要
对自我效能理论进行分析,重点综述了国内外教师教学效能感研究状况,提出了研究教师教学效能感的重要性。
It has analyzed the self- efficacy theory. It has summarized mainly the research state on teachers＇ sence of efficacy both in China and in abroad. And it stressed the importance to study on teacher＇s teaching efficacy.
