摘要
[目的]了解上海市流动人口儿童计划免疫实际接种及其家长对计划免疫知晓情况。[方法]采用问卷调查法,对500位上海市流动儿童的家长进行调查。[结果]卡介苗接种率97.0%,乙肝疫苗全程接种率为90.6%,脊髓灰质炎活疫苗全程接种率为76.0%,百白破联合疫苗全程接种率为80.9%,麻疹活疫苗接种率为88.6%,乙脑疫苗接种率为81.3%;卡介苗、乙肝疫苗、脊髓灰质炎活疫苗、百白破联合疫苗、麻疹活疫苗五苗全程接种率为23.8%。[结论]上海市流动人口中儿童计划免疫实际接种率低,尤其是五苗全程接种率明显偏低。
Objective： To find out the actual immunization state of children among floating population and the awareness rate of their parents toward planning immunization in Shanghai city. Methods： A total of 500 parents of floating population in Shanghai were investigated by filling out questionnaire. Results： The inoculation rates of BCG, whole range of HBV vaccine, poliomyelitis live vaccine, DPT, measles vaccine live, and vaccinum encephalitis B were 97.0%, 90.6%, 76.0%, 80.9%,88.6%,81.3% respectively. The inoculation rate of whole range of the five vaccines including BCG, HBV vaccine, poliomyelitis live vaccine, DPT and measles vaccine live was only 23.8 %. Conclusion： Actual inoculation rates of planning immunization of children among floating population in Shanghai city were low, especially the inoculation rate of whole range of the five vaccines was apparently lower.
