水下不分散混凝土外加剂研究

Study on Underwater Nondispersive Concrete Admixture

以水溶性线性高分子聚合物为增粘剂,与氨基磺酸盐系高效减水剂及缓凝剂复合,配制成一种水下不分散混凝土专用外加剂,检测该外加剂对水下浇注混凝土的抗分散性、流动性、自密实度及力学性能的影响,采用SEM、MIP分析硬化混凝土的微观结构。研究结果表明,复合而成的水下不分散混凝土外加剂的作用效果明显,制备的水下不分散混凝土的各项性能指标稳定。

Composited a kind of underwater nondispersive concrete admixture that do solublelinear macromolecule polymer as tackifier with ASP superplasticizer and seting retard aid. Tested its effect on antidispersive, fluidity self-compact and mechanical property, analyzed microstructure by SEM and MTP. The result shows the admixture has favorable properties in underwater nondispersive concrete.
