摘要
以MnCl_2和NaOH为原料,利用超临界流体干燥技术(SCFD)制备了MnO_2超细粉体,研究和讨论了反应温度、反应物浓度、反应时间等对实验结果的影响,确定了最佳反应条件。XRD物相分析,产物为γ-MnO_2,透射电镜和粒度分析仪观察,粒子基本为球形,平均粒径60nm,没有明显的团聚现象。
With MnCl2 and NaOH as raw materials, hyperfine MnO2 is prepared using supercritical fluid drying (SCFD) method. The effects of reaction temperature, reactant concentration and reaction time were discussed, obtaining finally the optimum experimental conditions. The XRD reveals that the particle is γ-MnO2. The results obtained by TEM and size analysis measurement show that the MnO2 is spherical particles with the average diameter of 60 nm and has no agglomerate in it.
