改性PS胶制备高掺量含钛矿渣墙体砖的研究 被引量:1

摘要 以含钛高炉废渣为骨料,丙烯酸叔丁酯(t-BA)改性聚苯乙烯泡沫(PS)胶为胶凝材料,制得一种强度达到35MPa的新型建筑用矿渣砖,且含钛高炉渣掺量达75%以上。通过IR和SEM分析了矿渣砖显微结构及性能。以改性PS胶、助剂和成型压力为影响因素,采用正交实验探讨了最佳工艺条件为A_3B_1C_3D_3。制得的矿渣砖各项性能均已超过传统墙体砖的标准要求。 By using the blast-furnace slag containing titania as aggregate, PS modified adhesive by tert- butyl acrylate as cementitious material, a new building slag brick with the strength grade up to 35MPa was prepared, in which the blast-furnace slag content is over 75 %. The main components and structure of the slag brick were characterized by IR and SEM. PS modified adhesive, additive and forming pressure as influencing factors were discussed in orthogonal test. The optimal process conditions were A3 B1 C3 D3. Properties of wall brick surpassed the standard requirements for wall brick.
