双功能彩色多普勒诊断下肢深静脉血栓形成

The Diagnosis of Deep Vennous Thrombosis with Bifunctional Color Doppler Ultrasonography

本文报告应用双功能彩色多普勒对395条肢体临床怀疑有下肢深静脉血栓形成(DVT)的患者进行检查,382例经此检查得出明确诊断,其中367例为下肢深静脉不完全栓塞,15例完全栓塞,13例正常。描述了正常下肢深静脉与血栓的声像图表现,对下肢 DVT 形成的双功能彩色多普勒检查进行了详细讨论.认为双功能彩色多普勒血流检测以及有关的附加试验对确定血栓部位、静脉阻塞情况的判断有可靠的价值,可成为普查血管疾病的首选检查方法。并提出反复检查可了解治疗后血栓情况,对治疗有极大的帮助.

Three hundred and ninty five cases with suspected deep venous thrombo- sis(DVT)of lower limbs examined by Bifunctional Color Doppler Ultrasonography (BCDU)were reported.382 cases were confirmed DVT,among them,367 patients were incomplete obstruction,15 complete,13 were normal.The differences of acoustic images between normal deep vein and DVT of lower limbs were described,and the ex- amining methods of DVT with BCDU were also discussed in detail.The examination of blood flow with BCDU and some additional test have a reliable value for determining the location of thrombosis and its characteristics.The authors propose that this method may be a first selection for general examination of blood vessel diseases,and it be a great help to knbwing the prognosis after treatment.
