摘要 研究了白炭黑和S i-69的用量对CR/TPI并用胶的影响。结果表明,白炭黑能加速CR/TPI并用胶的焦烧性能,同时降低了胶料的硫化速度。它对于CR/TPI并用胶的力学性能有显著的补强作用,但略微降低了硫化胶的耐老化性能。在白炭黑补强的CR/TPI并用胶中加入少量硅烷偶联剂S i-69后可以改善并用胶的硫化特性和物理机械性能,但过高的偶联剂用量对硫化胶性能无明显提高。当m(S i-69)∶m(白炭黑)为1∶12时,硫化胶的综合性能最好。 The effect of silica and couple agent on the properties of chloroprene rubber( CR)/trans -1,4 - polyisoprene (TPI) compounds and vulcanizates are studied. The results show that with the increase of the amount of silica , the scorching time and optimum cure time of CR/TPI compounds are shortened The physical mechanical properties of CR/TPI vulcanization are strengthened, but the heat aging properties are depressed lightly at the same time. The properties of CR/TPI blends are improved with a little amount of couple agent silica, but it is depressed by adding much more amount of couple agent silica. When the mass ratio of Si - 69 and silica is 1 : 12, the CR/TPI vulcanization has the best properties.
