巨噬细胞移动抑制因子促进肿瘤发生发展机制的研究进展 被引量:11

摘要 人类肿瘤的发生发展依赖于细胞外生长因子的促进作用。巨噬细胞移动抑制因子(MIF)作为经典炎症细胞因子,不仅参与机体炎症及免疫反应,也成为独特的促肿瘤发生发展的细胞外因子之一。近年来多项研究结果证明MIF直接影响正常细胞的分裂和癌基因诱导的恶性转化,或间接通过调节机体免疫反应、影响细胞抑癌基因p53的功能、促进细胞增殖和迁移、促进血管生成等多个方面影响肿瘤的发生和发展。进一步研究MIF作用的机制将为肿瘤治疗寻找到新靶点。现就MIF有关方面的研究进展综述如下。
