摘要 研制了一种可用于直接测定固体、半固体及糊状物表面和内部pH值的新型全固态复合pH传感器,并详细研究了该传感器的制备工艺、性能、测试条件和干扰物的影响。结果表明,该pH传感器内阻低、响应快、测量范围宽(pH1~13)、测量精度高、重现性好,响应斜率为(56+1.0)mV/pH,温度系数为-O.782mV/C。除能用于与玻璃电极相同的测定领域外。还可广泛用于临床检验、食品加工、生物化工、环境监测、皮革和造纸工业、土壤普查及文物档案保护等领域pH值的直接、原位无破损测量。 This paper reports about a new type all-solid combination pH sensor determining directly pH value of surface and inside of solid ,semi-solid and pasty mass firstly in china. It also describes in detail the technology of preparing, properties of pH determining condition ,and effects of other substances. The sensor has lower inner resistance, rapid response, wide measure range (pH 1- 13),high measure precision and good repeat,and its response slope is (56+ 1.0) mV/pH,temperature coefficient is -0. 782 mV/C. The all-solid combination pH sensor not only has the same effect as glass electrode,but also can be used in clinic test, food process, biochemical engineering, environment test, leather, paper making, soil survey, cultural relic protection and so on.
