摘要 从分子生物学角度综述了近年来植物水孔蛋白研究进展。 Plant aquaporins play the critical physiological roles in water transportation and related processes, and 70 %-90 % of water absorbed by root is transported by aquaporins. The functions of plant aquporins are regulated by many factors including phosphorylation, polymerization, pH value and so on. In this review,the research advance in plant aquporins was summarized at molecular biology level.
