摘要
分析了不同转Bt基因抗虫棉常规种几个农艺性状的差异显著性、遗传力和相关性。结果表明:产量性状遗传力值的大小顺序为皮棉产量>株铃数>衣分>铃重;其他性状遗传力值大小顺序为株高>节位>生育期>果枝数。株铃数、衣分与皮棉产量,生育期与节位均呈极显著正相关;果枝数与节位均呈极显著负相关,且此相关主要是由遗传因素引起。
In this paper the diverse significance, hereditary strength and dependence of several main characters of cotton varieties with different Bt genes were analyzed. The results showed that the order of hereditary strength of cotton yield character was: yield of ginned cotton 〉 boll plant 〉 lint percentage 〉 boll weight. And the order of hereditary strength of other characters was: plant height 〉 festival location 〉breeding time 〉 the boll-bearing branch number. There was extremely positive correlation between the boll plant, the lint percentage and the yield of ginned cotton, respectively; extremely positive correlation between the breeding time and festival location; and also, extremely negative correlation between the boll-bearing branch numbers and festival location. The effect was mainly come from gene.
