中药金银花对人工感染鸡大肠杆菌病的疗效试验

Effect of Flos lonicerae on Chicken Colibacillosis

以鸡大肠杆菌为研究对象,通过试管2倍稀释法和平皿法相结合,研究了中药金银花对人工感染鸡大肠菌的疗效。结果表明,金银花的最小抑菌浓度为18∶;人工感染鸡大肠杆菌病后以金银花来治疗,其18∶的药物浓度可以起到90%以上的保护效果。中药金银花可以有效地治疗鸡大肠杆菌病。

This experiment in the determination of the minimal inhibitory concentration （MIC） against E.coll （O1） was conducted with the tube dilution and agar plate method. The effect of Flos lonicerae on chicken colibaeillosis after the artificial infection was tested. The result showed that the MIC was 1：8 and the effective concentration in viro of Flos lonicerae was also 1：8, which healing rate was up to 90 %. So the conclusion was that herb medicine-Flos lonicerae can effectively cure chicken colibacillosis.
