摘要
41例人脑活体H-1频谱,皆用PRESS技术加CHESS水抑制序列,完成于2.0特斯拉MRI/MRS(Magnetic Resonance Spectroscopy)一体化系统.其中健康志愿者(n=14)的频谱较好地显示了包括:N-乙酰天门冬氨酸(NAA);γ-氨基丁酸(GABA),谷氨酸盐(Glu);谷酰胺(Gin);磷肌酸/肌酸(Pcr/Cr);胆碱(Cho);肌醇(Ins);葡萄糖(Glc)等脑代谢产物的共振峰.其余来自不同病例(n=27)的频谱和健康人的相似,但共振峰的强度各有差异,表现了不同特点,对此笔者也作了较详细的分析讨论.
