摘要
加脂是皮革生产中的一重要环节,通过加脂可以使皮革纤维之间滑动性增加,大幅度地改善成品革的手感和物理性能,同时也能一定程度上提高皮革的得革率。为了了解各种不同加脂剂的实际性能,实验选取了几种常见的加脂剂,当其定量地用于蓝皮同一部位时,分别对不同用量和不同加脂剂进行比较,并考察了成品革的抗张强度、绷裂强度、撕裂强度和断裂伸长率。各种加脂剂之间的性能差异也在实验结果中明显地体现了出来,使用单一的加脂剂并不能使成品革达到使用要求,依据实验结果,对这几种加脂剂的混合复配也有一定的指导意义。
Adding grease is an important link in the leather production. By means of adding grease the function of sliding between leather fibers will increase, the feel and physical property of the finished product leather will be greatly improved and meanwhile the rate of leather production will be raised in certain degree. In order to know about different kinds of adding grease agents" actual property, some common adding grease agents are chosen in the experiment. When they are used in the fixed quantity in the same place of Lanpi, we separately carry on the comparison to the different amount used as well as the different adding grease agents and inspect the tensile strength, the stretch strength, the rending strength and the break elongation ratio. The property differences between each kind of adding grease agent are manifested obviously in the experimental results. Using a single adding grease dose can't enable the finished product leather to achieve the operation requirements. According to the experimental results, their physical property has the certain instruction significance to the mixed compounding of these adding grease agents.
