摘要
废弃秸秆制备絮凝剂,可用于污水处理。秸秆中的有效成份是纤维素和木素,在催化剂NaOH存在下溶胀,并与阳离子醚化剂反应,生成阳离子改性絮凝剂。本文以正交实验初步确定了秸秆制备絮凝剂的最佳工艺条件,然后通过单因素实验,确定絮凝剂制备的最佳pH值、阳离子醚化剂用量。最后对所得絮凝剂进行除浊实验,确定了絮凝剂的pH值,用量及温度。
Flocculants, preparing from cornstalks could be used to dispose of sewage. Cellulose and lignin which swelled by the action of the calatyzer of NaOH were the effective components produced cationic metamorphic flocculants by reacting with cationic ETA. The preparation of flocculants from cornstalk was preliminary studied in this paper, and the optimum preparation parameters were obtained by the perpendicular. Then through single factorial test, the optimum pH value and the dose of cationic ETA were obtained. The pH value, dose and temperature of the flocculants were determined at last by the experiment of decontaminating the impurity of the flocculants.
