莆田口岸出入境人员梅毒感染流行病学调查

Analysis on Syphilis Epidemic in Entry-exit Personnel in Putian from 2003 to 2005

〔目的〕了解莆田口岸出入境人员中梅毒感染状况,掌握本地区梅毒发病情况和流行特点,为口岸传染病监测提供科学依据。〔方法〕用甲苯胺红不加热血清试验、TP-ELISA试验初筛和梅毒螺旋体抗体血凝试验(TPHA)确认,对2003￣2005年17 696名经莆田口岸出入境人员的血清标本进行梅毒检测,并对检测结果进行分析。〔结果〕共检出梅毒感染者48例,总检出率为0.27%。梅毒感染者中,以劳务人员和旅游探亲人员为主,男女之比为3.8:1,年龄分布在30￣60岁之间,以30￣49岁为主,占77.08%,感染途径以婚外性接触感染为主。〔结论〕在预防和控制性传播疾病过程中,应加强更广泛、深入的健康教育,提高出入境人员的自我保护意识,提高监测水平,尽早控制性传播疾病。

Objective To know the epidemic of syphilis in entry-exit personnel in Putian from 2003 to 2005 and provide the evidence for prevention and control. Methods The syphilis infections were found by TRUST and TP-ELISA method and confirmed by TPPA method.Syphilis infections epidemiological characters were analyzed. Results In total syphilis infections were 48, positive rate was 0.27%.Among the syphilis infectors,the majority of infections was migrant workeres and toruist.The sex ratio was 3.8：l.The agerange was from 30 to 60.The majority of infection （7%08%） was from 30 to 49 years old.The infection was through the sex out of wedlock mostly. Conclusion It is necessary to enhance the deeper and wider health education,and to improve the entry-exit personnel＂ s awareness, to strengthen surveillance and to control flae venereal disease earlier.
