胰腺次全切除术治疗胰母细胞增殖症围手术期的护理

目的探讨胰腺次全切除术治疗胰母细胞增殖症的围手术期护理方法。方法对8例胰母细胞增殖症患儿,手术前后进行血糖和胰岛素水平监测,观察其发生抽搐的先兆,控制低血糖性抽搐的发生。结果8例患儿均行胰腺次全切除术。手术后痊愈出院6例;手术三个月后复发再次手术1例;死亡1例。结论做好血糖和胰岛素水平的监测,观察其发生抽搐的先兆,对控制低血糖性抽搐的发生,提高手术的成功率具有重要的意义。

Objective To investigate the perioperative nursing of nesidioblastosis after subtotal pancreatectomy. Methods Surveillance of blood glucose and insulin was performed on eight nesidioblastosis patients, and presymptom of spasm was also observed to reduce the occurrence of spasm caused by hypoglycemia. Results Subtotal pancreatectomy was performed on eight patients. Six patients were cured, and nesidioblastosis recurred in one case 3 months after operation and one died. Conclusion Surveillance of blood glucose and insulin and observation of presymptom of spasm are very important to control spasm caused by hypoglycemia.
