HIV携带者剖宫产的手术防护

目的总结人类免疫缺陷病毒(H IV)携带者剖宫产的手术防护及术后处理要点。方法根据2例H IV携带者剖宫产患者手术及疾病特点,执行严格的手术防护及术后处理。结果手术顺利进行,参与手术的医护人员无1例发生职业暴露。结论合理的手术防护及术后处理是避免手术室医护人员职业感染的有效方法。

Objective To build up the experiences of operative protection and post-operative management in caring HIV- infected patients who underwent caesarean birth, Methods Two eases of HIV-infected patients underwent uterine-incision delivery, and the effective operative protection and postoperative management were discussed. Results The operation was successful, and no occupational exposures occurred in medical staff. Conclusion The HIV is not eontraindieation to surgery. The reasonable operative protection and postoperative management were effective to prevent HIV infection in operative theater.
