饮食干预对低钾性周期性麻痹患者的影响

摘要 目的探讨饮食护理干预对低钾性周期性麻痹患者血钾浓度恢复时间的影响。方法采用方便取样法,以2002年1月-2003年12月共80例患者为对照组,以2004年1月-2005年12月共76例患者为实验组。对照组按常规治疗加宣教,干预组除常规治疗加宣教外,进行饮食干预,每天吃橙子、香蕉等各1000g,分早、中、晚三次进食。定时监测血钾浓度、肌力恢复情况。结果干预组患者血钾恢复时间明显短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论饮食护理干预能够缩短血钾恢复时间,使患者更早康复。 Objective To study the effect of dietotherapy on concentration of blood potassium in patients with periodic paralysis. Methods 80 inpatients with periodic paralysis admitted to hospital from Jan 1, 2002 to Dec 31, 2003 were in the control group and were treated routinely. 76 inpatients admitted to hospital from Jan 1,2004 to Dec 31, 2005 were in the intervention group and received dietotherapy addition to routine treatment. They ate 1 000 g oranges and bananas a day during three meals. Concentrations of potassium in blood and muscle force were detected. Results There was significant difference in the recovery time of potassium in the two groups ( P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion Diet intervention can reduce the recovery time of hypo-potassium in blood and can help periodic paralysis patients recover earlier.
