两种质量管理体系在护理质量控制中的应用

目的比较传统的质量管理体系和ISO质量管理体系在护理质量控制中的应用方法。方法从建立质量标准、建立质量检查表、实施检查、统计分析几个方面对两种质量管理体系进行论述,并列举了两种检查表的例表加以说明。结果ISO质量管理体系和传统质量管理体系相比较,特别是在现场检查方法、记录和对不合格事项的处理方面,更有效和更科学。结论ISO质量标准具有科学性、实用性、系统性、实践性和指导性等特点,为护理管理者提供了工作思路。

Objective To compare the traditional quality control system and the ISO quality control system in nursing quality control. Methods Two kinds of quality control were carried on in establishment of quality specification and quality check table, implementation inspection and statistical analysis. Two kinds of example tables were compared. Results Compared with the traditional quality control, ISO quality control system was more effective and scientific in the scene inspection method, record and dealing with the unqualified processing aspects. Conclusion ISO quality is scientific, systematic and instructive, and can provide train of thoughts for nursing management.
