“零缺陷”服务管理理念在小儿手术护理质量管理中应用

摘要 目的探讨“零缺陷”服务管理理念在小儿手术质量管理中的应用效果。方法对166例手术患儿进行术前评估及心理护理,在手术护理质量管理中应用“零缺陷”服务管理。结果患儿术中血压维持在10.5~17.s/8~12kPa,手术时间为0·5~6h,其中超过4h65例,无1例发生护理并发症。患儿体温维持在36.1℃~37.4℃。术后患儿均顺利度过麻醉恢复期。结论在小儿手术护理质量管理中应用“零缺陷”服务管理理念,可提高小儿手术服务质量,确保患儿术中的安全。 Objective To investigate the effect of zero defect theory on nursing management in pediatric operation. Methods 166 pediatric patients were selected and evaluated before operation. Psychological nursing were given to them. Zero defect theory was introduced into the management of the pediatric operation. Results All cases passed through anesthesia convalescence successfully, their blood pressures were stable ( 10. 5 ~ 17.5/8 ~ 12 kPa), and operation time ranged from 0. 5 to 6 hours. No nursing complications occurred. Conclusion The application of zero defect theory promotes work efficiency, service quality and makes pediatric operating safer.
