SMT组装中的实用可制造性设计

课程背景 前言本课程就SMT的可制造性设计（DFM）进行系统培训，使受训者掌握用经济有效的方法，设计出多、快、好、省的制造方案，通过不断的DFM实践，达到优质设计（DFE）的最终目标。

The course is aiming to provide a systematic training on DFM （Design for Manufacturability） in SMT assembly, in order to use cost effective methods to achieve manufacturable design with better quality, quicker time-to-market, lower labor and material cost and shorter throughput time. With continuous DFM practice, the final goal DFX （Desiqn for Excellence） could be achieved.
