摘要
大鼠30只,分为肠淋巴液治疗组及生理盐水对照组,复制重度失血性休克模型后,应用显微电视录像技术观察淋巴液对肠系膜微血管及微淋巴管的作用。结果:治疗组的存活时间显著长于对照组。输入淋巴液后,血压显著回升,肠系膜一、二级细动脉、细静脉口径和微淋巴管的静态口径均恢复正常,流态改善,微淋巴管收缩性恢复正常。提示肠淋巴液可以改善休克时的血液和淋巴循环障碍。
hirty rats were divided into two groups: the lymph treated group and normal saline control group. The study was to observe the effect of lymph on mesenteric micro vessels and micro lymphatica (ML) in rats with irriversible hemorrhagic shock by a vital microscope with TV recorder. Results showed that the average survival time was prolonged, and the survival rate was also increased in treated group, as compared with control group; and the lymph was able to make blood pressure in shock rise significantly. The administration of lymph served to dilate the narrowed micro vessels and ML of mesentery apparently and make them normal, improve the mesenteric microvascular blood flow condition obviously, restore ML contractility in shock. The above results suggest that lymph may improve the bloodand lymph microcirculation in shock and have better therapeutic effect on hemorrhagic shock.
