摘要
实验观察离体大鼠工作心脏停灌注40min再灌注25min后,发现其心肌超微结构严重损伤,乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)及丙二醛(MDA)生成量明显增加。同时发现香茶菜甲素乙酰化物可降低心肌超微结构的损伤程度,减少LDH及MDA的生成量。
In isolated working rat hearts ischemed 40min followed by reperfusion 25min, the myocardial ultrastructure was serious injuried, the release of lactic dehydrogenase (LDH) and malondialdehyde (MDA) were significantly increased. Acetylamethystoidin A reduced the damage of myocardial ultrastructure, decreased the releaseof LDH and MDA. It suggested that acetylamethystoidin A has protective effect to myocardial injury reperfusion.
