ngiopathy diease is one of major complications of diabetes. The study of nailfold microcirculation in 102 simple diabetes and 120 diabetic gangrenes show that both group have microcirculatory disturbance. The latter is worse than the former. The disorders of nailfold microcirculation in patients with severe gangrene to more obvious than that of patients with mild and moderate gangrene. It indicated: Since microangiopathy plays important role in the development of foot gangrene. It is one of value clinically to moniter the changes of nailfold microcirculation in the course of treating patients with Anisodamine, etc.
