介绍了中国石化湖北孝感石油分公司小型加油站管理的经验。在小型加油站的管理上贯彻因地制宜优化网点,“扶持大的,合并小的”的思想,分类实施母子站契约化管理,使得安全管理更加扎实,人工成本和费用下降,工作效率、创效能力和服务水平得到提高,员工积极性、主动性和创造性得到了发挥,市场控制力大大加强。
Experience of management on small gas stations of Sinopec Hubei Xiaogan Company is introduced. The principle of management is to support large scale and combine small gas stations and to provide parent-subsidiary contract management. The company can improve safety management and service, reduce labor cost, increase efficiency, encourage initiative of staff, and increase control over market.
