摘要
对含油固体废弃物的概念和含油固体废弃物对土壤、大气和水体的危害,以及含油固体废弃物的处置方法进行了介绍。提出了改革炼油厂炼制工艺,减少含油废弃物的排放量;发展物质循环利用工艺和建立收费填理厂的建议。
Types, harm to soil, atmosphere, and water, and disposal of oily solid waste are presented. Measures such as improving refining process to reduce the volume of oily solid waste, introducing recycle system and building toll landfill plant are recommended.
