摘要
本文从分析知识更新和技术进步带来劳动性质的变化入手,对知识经济时代财产组织形式的演进、生产组织形式的创新和社会组织结构的变化趋向进行了初步展望。指出随着高技术产业的快速成长,劳资关系将由传统的清晰变得相对模糊,由原来的对立变为一定程度的融合,由以往的资本雇佣劳动向资本为劳动服务转变。提出随着新经济成分的增加,员工持股将日益普遍,由之带来产权特征的多样化,反映在劳资关系上主要是寻求有效的合作形式而不是对抗。
Starting from the changes brought by the knowledge renewing and the technological advances in the labour features, the author of this paper makes a preliminary look to the evolution of asset formation, the originality of production formation and the changing tendency of the social structure in the time of knowledge economy. It is pointed out in this paper that, with the rapid growth of high-tech industries, the labor and capital relationship will change from traditional clarity to relative vagueness, from previous contradiction to certain harmony, from the former capital-employed labour to the capital serving labor. This paper puts forward that with the increase of new economic dements, the increasing popularity of share holding by the employees and the diversity of property ownership caused by it reflect that the focus of labour and capital relationship is to seek effective cooperation rather than resistance, so that the construction of a harmonious society is inevitable.
