摘要
目的:提高球内细小异物检出的准确性.材料和方法:对31例球内异物进行回顾性分析.结果:l)最大异物为4.1×4.2mm;最小仅0.2×0.4mm;2)岩石异物9例,铜屑1例,钙粒1例,铁屑20例.结论:CT对眼球异物的诊断明显优于常规X线,且定位准确.
Purpose:To improve the accuracy of detecting eye globe foreign bodies(IOFB). Materials andmethod: The authors retrospectively analyzed the CT findings of 31 cases with intraorbitalforeign bodies. Results: The largest foreign body was 4. 1mm x 4. 2mm, and the smallest onewas only 0. 2mm x 0. 4mm. Nine cases had stony foreign bodies. Twenty two cases hadmetallic foreign bodies(Fe, Cu, Ca). Conclusion: CT was superior to conventional radiographyin detecting and locating the IOFB.
