History, Women and Time:On Kristeva’s Philosophy of Time

克里斯蒂娃在《女人的时间》等著作中探讨了两种时间性模态历史时间和女人的时间,是为了反思女性主义的实践。她认为女性主义虽然在政治经济实践中取得了巨大的成就,但是并不能从根本上解决女人的问题,所以新一代的女性主义还应该加强美学实践,为历史实践提供一种更为灵活的方式。

Involving other texts by Kristeva in reading “Women’s Time”, this essay points out that Kristeva explores two modalities of temporality: historical time and women’s time, in order to reflect on feminist practices. She suggests while feminism has achieved a lot in economic-political practices, this kind of practice cannot fundamentally resolve women’s problems. So the new generation should carry out aesthetic practice as well, to make historical practice more flexible.
