摘要
It is the descriptive way that professor Gao Ruiquan talks about Chinese Value-orderin, regarding progress as the key idea of Chinese modern spirits and starting to comprehending competition, creation, science, democracy, freedom, equality, and free personality of the civilization on the basis of progress. This descriptive way displays the difference between the growing process of modernity in China and in the West; at the same time, it introduces his new research way of Chinese philosophy from the history of ideas. However, it would be better for him to distinguish the idea of progress in detail if he pays more attention to the multiple descriptive way of the idea of progress theoretically.
