摘要
分析了核用锆合金爆破试验失败的原因,针对外径不大于10mm的管材和外径大于10mm管材爆破试验进行了改进,设计了2种规格的管材试样联接接头,改进了管材试样焊接的保护装置。制作了6个工艺改进前φ8mm×0.64mm的管材爆破试样,10个工艺改进后φ8mm×0.64mm的管材爆破试样,并进行了爆破试验对比。结果表明,改进试验工艺后管材爆破试验的成功率为100%,而改进工艺前的管材爆破试验全部失败;另外,虽外径大于10mm的管材工艺改进前后的爆破对比试验未做,但是由于改进思路是基于外径不大于10mm的管材爆破试验的成功经验,因此从理论上讲应该是可行的。
The reason of burst testing for zirconium alloy tube being defeated was analyzed. A improvement on burst test for the Zr alloy tubes in less than and more than 10 mm in outside diameter was performed, in which two kinds of connecting and the reformed protecting device for welding were designed. The burst tests with 10 samples of Ф 8 mm×0.64 mm were carried out contrastively. The results show that after improvement, all of the burst test for the tubes are of success in full.
