摘要
利用SSR标记研究了20份特用玉米自交系的亲缘关系。用15对扩增带型稳定的SSR引物,从供试材料中检测出67个等位基因变异,每对引物检测等位基因2～10个,平均4.66个。SSR引物的PIC介于0.43～0.88之间,平均多态性信息量为0.675。UPGMA方法聚类分析表明,甜玉米和糯玉米亲缘关系最近,个别爆裂玉米与糯玉米亲缘关系较近,大部分爆裂玉米与前两者的亲缘关系很远。
The genetic relationship of 20 special maize inbred lines was studied by simple sequence repeats（SSR） markers. Fifteen SSR primers giving stable amplified band pattern detected 67 alldes among the lines tested. The average number of alleles per SSR locus was 4.66 with a range from 2 to 10. The value of polymorphism information content（PIC） for each SSR locus varied from 0.43 to 0.88 with an average of 0.675. The UPGMA analysis indicated that sweet corn is the most close to waxy corn, very few Zea mays L. vat. evetasurt is closed to waxy corn, Zea mays L. vex. evetasurt is far away from the two forementioned.
