30%己乙水剂对玉米叶片光合酶活性与同化物分配的影响 被引量:18

Effects of 30% Hex-ethyl-aqua on Photosynthetic Enzyme Activities and Assimilation Distribution in Maize Plants

摘要 在玉米拔节前叶面喷施玉米专用调节剂30%己乙水剂,能够提高穗位叶叶绿素含量、PEP羧化酶活性、蔗糖磷酸合成酶活性和ATP含量,特别是显著地提高了子粒灌浆初期的穗位叶光合活性。与对照相比,喷施玉米专用调节剂能加速14C同化物的输出速度,在拔节期提高同化物向根系分配的比例,减少向茎秆分配的比例;在子粒灌浆期提高同化物向根系和产量器官的输出比例,降低向茎叶分配的比例。以上结果表明,玉米专用调节剂能够提高叶片光合速度、加快同化物输出速度、促进同化物向根系和产量器官输出,在玉米高产栽培中具有较大的推广应用价值。 A plant growth regulator named as 30% Hex-ethyl-aqua, which is special use for maize plants, was 30% aqua of diethyl aminoethyl hexanoate(C12H25NO2, MW=215) and ethephon. The effects of 30% Hex-ethyl-aqua on photosynthetic enzyme activities and assimilate distribution were investigated using corn cv. Nongda 3315 and Nongda 3138 in 2000. It is found that, spraying 30% Hex-ethyl-aqua at the stem elongation stage could increase the chlorophyll contents, PEPC activity, SPS activity, and ATP contents, especially raised the photosynthetic activities of ear(-located) leaf during the early grain-filling period. Compared to the control, the treatment sprayed 30% Hexethyl-aqua had a higher speed of ^14C assimilation output, higher partitioning ratio of assimilating to root system during the stem elongation stage, and to root system and kernels during the grain-filling stage. These results showed that 30% Hex-ethyl-aqua is valuable plant growth regulator to popularize and apply for high-yielding corn production.
