优质高产玉米杂交种吉东17的选育及应用

The Breeding and Application of Hybrid Maize Variety Jidong 17 with Good-quality and High Yield

吉东17是吉林省吉东种业有限责任公司以自选系D35为母本,D64为父本于2000年冬在海南岛选育而成。经过3年的省级试验示范结果表明,在吉林省的两年区域试验中平均产量为11284.5kg/hm2,较对照吉单180增产13.7%,位于参试品种的第1位。在2004年的玉米生产试验中,平均产量为9680.5kg/hm2,较对照吉单180增产18.4%,位于参试品种的第1位。该品种高产、优质,含淀粉74.01%,高抗玉米各类叶斑病和茎腐病,抗丝黑穗病和玉米螟,适应性广,综合农艺性状优良,一般产量可达9680.5kg/hm2。

Hybrid maize variety Jidong 17 was bred by intred-line D35（female） and D64（male） on the Hainan Island in the winter of 2000. The results of three years＇ provincal yield test showed： The average yield is 11 284.5 kg/ha, increasing by 13.7% compared with Jidan 180 and ranking No.1 of all tested varieties. In the growing trials of 2004, the average yield is 9 680.5 kg/ha, increasing by 18.4% compared with Jidan 180 and ranking No.1 of all tested vari- eties. This variety has good grain quality and high yield and 74.01% of it is starch. It has a strong resistence to all kinds of leaf spots, head smut, stem rot and corn borer. It can adapt to various soil environment and has broad agronomic traits. Generally the yield is 9 680.5 kg/ha.
