聚合釜基础地脚螺栓预留孔的不拆模施工

摘要 根据施工前对聚合釜基础地脚螺栓预留孔方案进行的场外试施工筛选比较,在预留孔施工中采用了预制钢筋混凝土薄板不拆模技术,省去了拆模工序,施工简便,成孔质量高。预制筒模上小下大的锥体截面进一步增强了地脚螺栓锚固性能,抗拔力显著提高。经过三年的生产实践,证明这种施工技术是可行的。 Non-form stripping technique was used in the construction of pre-moded holes of anchor bolt according to the experimental comparison results of different construction scheme of pre-moded hole of reactor basement. Process step of form stripping was omitted completely, the quality of formed holes was satisfactory and construction process was convenient by using this technique. The prefabricated former with small top and big bottom crosssection could resist pulling force and could improve the anchoring ability of anchor bolts. This technique was proved feasibly by practice application for several years.
