摘要 简要介绍了国内外CH3SiCl3氯化研究情况,概述了CH3SiCl3各种氯化方法,重点介绍了氯气氯化法,详细介绍氯气热氯化法的工艺流程、最佳工艺条件及热氯化工艺条件对ClCH2SiCl3收率的影响,指出了氯气热氯化法是具有广阔应用前景的方法,可实现大规模工业化生产。 The research status on CH3SiCl3 was discussed in this paper. The chlorination of CH3SiCl3, especially the chlorine chlorination method was discussed. The process flow,process condition of chlorine chlorination method and the impact of thermochlorination condition on ClCH2SiCl3 yield were studied. It points out that chlorine thermochlorination method is a method with bright future and could be industrialized in large scale.
