摘要
介绍制氢转化炉下集合管与引压管焊缝开裂的情况,分析焊缝开裂的原因主要是由于温度变化频繁、变化幅度大,造成焊缝热疲劳蠕变损伤和设计安装流程不当产生的拉应力损伤出现开裂。针对焊缝开裂情况及原因,采用了在高温、低压装置不停工在线补焊方案。
Presents the weld cracking between the lower manifold and pressure guiding pipe in hydrogen reformer, analyzes the reasons for cracking, The main reasons are the heat fatigue creep failure resulted from, the temperature variation frequency and variation scale, and the stretching stress failure due to improper design and installation procedure. Aimed at the cracking and its reasons, online patching was carried out without shutting down high temperature low pressure plant.
