基于非线性降维算法的视频序列特征提取及图像重建 被引量:2

Feature Extraction and Image Reconstruction of Video Sequence Based on Nonlinear Dimensionality Reduction Algorithms

摘要 在经典算法的基础上,根据典型视频序列的特点对降维算法进行双通道扩展,并提出 k 近邻核函数法重建高维图像.在高低维空间建立映射,解决无重构算法的问题.同时也为视频压缩提供一条新思路.实验结果显示算法的有效性. A dual-channel extension of nonlinear dimensionality reduction algorithm is proposed according to the characteristic of stereo video sequence. In order to construct a mapping between high and low dimensional spaces, k-neighbor kernel function method is presented, which solves the problem of lack of reconstruction algorithm and provides a new solution to video compression. Experimental results on several typical sequences show the advantages of the proposed approaches.
