摘要 作为免疫球蛋白与免疫细胞的桥梁,FcγRⅢ(FcγreceptorⅢ)在机体免疫与免疫细胞功能发挥中具有重要作用。近来研究表明,FcγRⅢ与自身免疫疾病的发生和预后有明确的关系,而其介导DC细胞成熟、在NK细胞和巨噬细胞的ADCC作用中所具有的重要作用使人们认识到FcγRⅢ有望成为肿瘤和免疫疾病治疗的重要靶向。 As the bridge between immunoglobin and immune cells, FcγRⅢ (Fcγ receptor Ⅲ ) plays important roles in immune response and function of immune cells. Recent studies indicate that FcγR Ⅲ has obvious correlation with the falling and prognosis of autoimmune diseases. The importance of FcγR Ⅲ in the mature of DCs, the ADCC of NK cells and macrophages made it possible to be the important therapeutic targets to tumor and autoimmune disease.
