Fas/FasL System in Kinds of Biological Effects

摘要 Fas/FasL通路是介导细胞凋亡的一条重要途径。近年来的研究表明,它参与了胸腺选择、免疫赦免以及协调了免疫反应的平衡,同时它亦与一些肿瘤的发生发展、移植排斥、自身免疫性疾病的产生以及诸多的生理病理反应密切相关。 Fas/FasL is one important signal pathway mediating cell apoptosis. Recent studies show that it participates many biological effects, such as Graft Rejection,Immune Privilege ,Autoimmune Disease and it also plays an important role in the development of many kinds of tumors. Further reseach on this signal pathway will help to understand a lot of physiological and pathological problems. In this article, the latest advancements on Fas/FasL pathway will be introduced.
