摘要
根据错流过滤技术的特点和罐底油的特性,以错流过滤技术在罐底油上的应用为实验重点,研究了罐底油通过错流过滤过程中通量衰减情况、过滤前后指标变化情况以及排渣时机等。结果表明,膜通量在14h内系统压力参数稳定,过滤前后理化指标没有明显变化,细菌总数降低,并确定当料液浓缩倍数为5时,是罐底油排渣的最佳时机。
According to the characteristics of cross-flow filtration and residual oil in tank, and taking the application of cross-flow filtration on residual oil as research emphasis, the flux attenuation of residual oil through the cross-flow filtration membrane, changes in properties before and after filtration and time to slag off were studied. It showed that the flux attenuation was stable within 14 h. There were no significant changes in physicochemical properties before and after filtration. Total bacteria quantity was reduced. And the optimum time was determined to slag off when the condensation ratio was 5.
