摘要
对于在线红外水分仪在实物定标中存在的动态取样和阻尼值设置的问题进行了分析,提出了采用动态取样零平衡时间法解决动态取样的效率和准确性之间存在的矛盾;分析了一阶测试系统的阻尼值对水分仪抑制干扰和准确测量的作用,并给出了阻尼值的校准方法。
The dynamic sampling and damping value setting in online infrared moisture meter material calibration were analyzed, it was proposed using zero balance time method to compromise the efficiency and accuracy in dynamic sampling. The effects of damping value of first order testing system on interference suppression and accurate measuring of the moisture meter were also discussed, and the correction method of damping value was put forward.
