摘要
为解决CO2膨胀烟丝喂丝系统中的计量带速度因无法根据干冰烟丝流量的变化进行调整,造成干冰膨胀烟丝流量不稳定问题,分析了振动仓内干冰烟丝重量的变化,计算出干冰烟丝流量,自动控制MC-45计量带速度,使流入膨胀塔的干冰烟丝流量更稳定,提高了膨胀烟丝含水率的稳定性,减少了不合格膨胀烟丝的产生量。
The speed of weighing belt in CO2 pregnated cut tobacco feeding system was unvaried despite of the fluctuation of tobacco flow, it resulted in instable tobacco expansion. The CO2 pregnated tobacco flow was calculated by analyzing the weight change of the tobacco in vibrated storage bin, the speed of metering belt MC - 45 was automatically controlled to stabilize the tobacco flow feeding into the expansion tower, the uniformity of moisture content in expanded tobacco was thus increased and the amount of unsatisfied expanded tobacco was decreased accordingly.
